Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the flag is folded neatly to prevent permanent creasing during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned hardware and fabric, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
